The machine is not given away: it remains Golden Waffle property and is supplied under a written agreement linked to regular waffle-mix purchases.

How does the on-loan programme work?

Golden Waffle assesses the business, expected waffle demand and proposed use. If approved, the machine is placed at the site while the customer buys Golden Waffle mix regularly and follows the agreed equipment-care and supply terms.

The normal starting commitment is two 13.5kg boxes of mix per month for the first machine and one additional box per month for each further machine. A refundable security deposit may apply. Final terms are confirmed in writing.

What is included?

The programme can include a professional rotating waffle machine, access to Golden Waffle’s UK-blended just-add-water mix, setup guidance and UK support. A premium batter dispenser can also form part of the proposed hotel or hospitality setup.

Who owns the machine?

Golden Waffle retains ownership. If the agreement ends, the machine must be returned in accordance with the terms. A refundable deposit is security for the equipment, not a purchase price.

Why use an on-loan machine?

It can remove a significant upfront equipment purchase and lets an operator link its machine, mix and support through one supplier. The operator should still calculate toppings, labour, energy, delivery and waste before launch.
