How does the on-loan programme work?

Golden Waffle assesses the business, expected waffle demand and proposed use. If approved, the machine is placed at the site while the customer buys Golden Waffle mix regularly and follows the agreed equipment-care and supply terms.

The normal starting commitment is two 13.5kg cases of mix per month for the first machine and one additional case per month for each further machine. The standard refundable security deposit is £295. Approval, delivery and return conditions are confirmed in writing before placement.

What is included?

An approved hotel placement can include a commercial rotating Belgian waffle machine with countdown timer and adjustable temperature control, Golden Waffle UK-blended just-add-water mix, setup guidance and UK support. The mix needs water rather than additional eggs, butter or oil. A measured batter dispenser can be added to support portion control, a cleaner buffet and more predictable yield.

Who owns the machine?

Golden Waffle retains ownership. If the agreement ends, the machine must be returned in accordance with the terms. A refundable deposit is security for the equipment, not a purchase price.
