Quantity
How to make
Waffles: Add 1 litre of cold water to 1kg of mix. Whisk until smooth. Pour into a preheated waffle iron and cook until golden.
Pancakes: Add 720ml of cold water to 1kg of mix. Whisk until smooth. Pour small portions onto a lightly greased, preheated pan or griddle. When bubbles form, turn and cook until golden on both sides.
For smaller batches, weigh out only the mix you need and reduce the water in the same proportion.
